The company was founded in the early postwar years under the name O.M.M., doing carpentry work related mechanical contractors. In 1971 the company changed its name in OMCM redefining its corporate structure. The industrial assets has expanded over the years, both investing in tools for accessing advanced works and in terms of human resources, with expertise ranging from multi-faceted project to a qualified professional workforce.
